Check the event first
Use the public events page to find planned meets. Follow the organizer’s announcement to confirm the time, location, visitor arrangements, and any changes before you travel.
A published SEMVCC date does not confirm a particular MMRCC display or LAN party. Look for an activity announcement in the Facebook group.
Ask before bringing a setup
If you want to bring a computer or display, ask the organizers about table space, power, setup time, and any equipment you need to bring.
If you are joining a LAN party, check the planned games and setup details with the host before the event.
Private events
Some gatherings are hosted privately by members. An entry on the public website is not an invitation to a private event. Ask the host in the Facebook group about participation and keep private addresses off public posts.
